Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (sales, holidays, new collection launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- If tracking shows delays or issues, please contact the courier first; if unresolved, contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If the package is returned to us, reshipping costs will apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at store@diamondkcountry.com
- We are responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered.
If your package is lost in transit or never marked as delivered, we will replace, issue a store credit or refund the order and open a claim with the courier. Once tracking shows Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages stolen or misplaced after delivery. If you cannot locate a delivered package, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or your local post office/courier depot.
