📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (sales, holidays, new collection launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Regional Rural Delivery: May require an additional 1–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, we DO NOT ship internationally at this time

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping of $15

  • Free shipping on orders over $200

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • If tracking shows delays or issues, please contact the courier first; if unresolved, contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If the package is returned to us, reshipping costs will apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at store@diamondkcountry.com

  • We are responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered.
    If your package is lost in transit or never marked as delivered, we will replace, issue a store credit or refund the order and open a claim with the courier. Once tracking shows Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages stolen or misplaced after delivery. If you cannot locate a delivered package, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or your local post office/courier depot.
