🔄 RETURN POLICY
We want you to love and fit your country clothing from Diamond K Country. If something isn’t right, you may request a return. To be eligible for a return please ensure the following list of conditions have been met:
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 365 days (for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit) of purchase (in-store or online).
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With all original tags, stickers and swing tag labels attached
- In original saleable condition including any packaging if applicable
- Boxed items (including shoe boxes and hat boxes) must be returned in their original presentation boxes and wrapped in an outer protective wrap. Please do not write or stick tape and postage labels directly onto any boxed items. Your return will not be accepted, or additional fees will be charged if the box or item is damaged.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- If all conditions are not met, your return will not be approved, or additional fees may be charged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Permanent sale items and items marked "Final Sale" (unless faulty)
- Earrings, Underwear, Socks, and Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Gift Cards
- Customized or personalized items
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased in-store must be returned to our store.
- In-store purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Refunds for in-store purchases follow the same refund rules but may be issued at management discretion.
Online Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- A return label can be requested (fee may apply).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- We will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of your return during transit. We suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

💰 REFUND POLICY
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is:
- Received
- Inspected
- Approved
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
Refunds for In-Store Purchases
- Refunds may be issued in-store for full-priced items within the 30-day return window.
- Refunds for credit/debit card purchases must be processed with the original card.
Shipping Costs
- Return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or an error was made on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.
- We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.
